Utrogestan - when to expect bleed after days 15-26

Just interested in other people’s experiences.

I am on my 3rd cycle of taking Utrogestan on days 15-26 of my cycle. I have patches for my oestrogen.

1st month I got my period on day 31
2nd month day 32
and now it’s day 35 and no sign.

Do I just wait for my period to start until I can say I’m day 1 again? There’s no sign of it at the moment. In the packaging it says I’ll likely bleed “a few days” after taking the last tablets.

Periods were never like clockwork before but I usually came on between day 29 and 35.

No you can do 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off it pick a date on the calendar take tablets for 12-14 days then start it again on the same date. They way HRT will override your cycle.

I was just interested in other people’s experiences with taking it on days 15-26 in terms of when they then had a period.

I take it for 12 days from the 1st of every month.
Sometimes I bleed 3-4 days before i finish them, sometimes 3-4 days after, sometimes 8-9 days after, once never bled at all. So basically all over the place.
