New onset bleeding

Ive been on HRT since Nov 22. I had no periods for years before as I was on cerelle. I currently have a mirena & 75mg evorel. I’ve had spotting since the Mirena went in 6 months ago. Nothing worth complaining about as sometimes it’s only on wiping. However the last 2 weeks I’ve been having random flooding, bright red blood. Only lasts a few hours then nothing again. I’m going to ring the GP tomorrow but wondered if anyone had similar?

Yes I did, a scan showed that my coil had slipped down so wasn’t working. By the time I got to the hysteroscopy, it had moved back up!

Just to update, had a scan today & my coil has displaced. I also have a fibroid & my endometrial lining is a bit thick. Im thinking probably because the coil isnt working. Just waiting on next steps from the GP.
