I’m on HRT but this is not getting better. Anything else I can try? I need patience at work.

Hi @DustyLee123 . I think having a demanding job and lifestyle can all add to the strain on your brain and from what I understand HRT is not a miracle cure for all (although continue to hope it will work miracles for me! Have just started).
Have you tried meditation or mindfulness? I don’t do a lot of it, but do enjoy it when I do, and from a neuroscience perspective, giving your brain some “time off” from the stress treadmill and doing some rebalancing with positive calming activities does help. Emotionally and biologically.

Meditation is something that was on my list to try, thanks.

What level of oestrogen are you on? I was getting like this so they put me up to 100mg and I feel much better.

I’m on two pumps

I’m not sure how that translates to patches, but it could be that you need to up it a bit.

Sometimes a mild anti depressant works better for menopause symptoms - it does for me anyway. HRT is not for everyone
