Do you increase / decrease your HRT?

Hey. Just that really. Does anyone increase and decrease depending on how they feel? I’m struggling with low mood, fatigue and anxiety for about a week each month. It literally floors me, then it improves for a few weeks. Round and round we go…

Yes. I adjust my no of pumps by my mood. Not sure if you should be but find it helps.

I have an extra pump when my joint pain get bad again, then go back to my usual two pumps when it settles. My GP is aware.
