I’ve just purchased a pack of these to try, and wondered if anyone has them and if they are any good?
I have been taking vitamin c & zinc tablets, evening primrose oil 1000mg with B6 x2 daily, vitamin D, and collagen, but now I’m definitely peri, feel like I could do with extra support, so thinking of cutting out the vitamin c &zinc ones and the vitamin D as the health & her ones already have those in them.
Then I would still continue with the evening primrose oil and collagen.

A multi vitamin probably won’t have enough of what you need, and some you don’t need.
vit D3 with K2 is better for your bones - osteoporosis prevention.
i like vit B complex for energy.
and omega 3 for joint pain.

The Royal College of Gynaecologists did a survey on all supplements, a few years ago. https://www.rcog.org.uk/media/gwbntgdu/sip_6.pdf

It was 2010 and I don't think it's been updated.

The results showed that very few if any supplements worked. Some herbs like black cohosh worked for some women for flushes.

Some women are helped by sage tincture (for flushes) but a lot of these supplements have a placebo effect and are not proven by science.

If you want to get Omega 3, it's best to eat food for that- oily fish, mainly.
(There' s a bit of a misunderstanding over what evening primrose can help.)

The amount of Vit C we need is small and you can get that from food, very easily. Any extra is just peed out.

Their advice really is eat well, and you'll get all the vits (except Vit D)and minerals in your food, and take exercise. And if those don't help, consider hrt.
