Hi just a quick question
How long can you shower after applying estrogel? Will all the gel get absorbed into the blood stream after leaving it on for a few hours? I can't seem to find a stright answer anywhere.

Have you looked at the Patient Leaflet in the box?

It's a long way down in the info but is there- on the application/ how to use part.

I usually put mine on after a shower, but just looked it up and the nhs website says at least an hour but webmd says two. I'd probably be inclined to leave it a good two hours or put it on after the shower.
