Can someone recommend a menopause specialist who is also a gynaecologist?

I really feel, right now, that I have been let down by the NHS and am looking for a private gynaecologist who also has good knowledge of the menopause.

I am almost 51 and after decades of gynae issues I’ve just found out that I have endometriosis and adenomyosis. My regular gynaecologist has referred me to the endo team but upon enquiries it’s going to be a good 9-12 month wait just to get to the initial consultation stage.

I can’t wait that long. I had an ablation in 2022 and it’s failed resulting in post ablation failure and each month is agony. I am also in full perimenopause and just need someone to listen to me and who will put me on the correct path of treatment, I really have little faith in the NHS right now as I feel let down and left to my own devices.

I am in North East Essex so can travel anywhere within Essex and will travel to Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and London. If anyone is further away but can offer video calls I am happy with that too.

Due to my issues, I really would like to see a qualified gynaecologist with good knowledge of menopause and especially the impact of menopause with endometriosis and adenomyosis (a lot to ask for, I know but I am holding out hope someone is out there).

I have a similar issue, severe endometriosis, going through peri menopause and was hoping to find a good gyny with endo and menopause knowledge. Not on hrt, very little research done on how hrt affects/interacts with endo...there is a worry it exacerbates it? But do recommend someone by direct message if you know, thanks

Does anyone no of a good gynaecologist in Essex/London area ?
I have some nasty fibroids 😖 and removal of an out of date Modena Coil is proving difficult.
Any recommendation would be appreciated!
