HRT question - oestrogen patches with oral progesterone

Can anyone help with my cycle days please?

I have oestrogen patches continuously that I change twice a week. Then I take progesterone tablets on day 15-28 then stop. I can’t remember if the day after I stop progesterone is day 1 of the next cycle or if day 1 is the day I start bleeding. It makes a difference to when I next take progesterone and although I think it’s the day after I stop is day 1, I’m doubting myself.

I’ve just read through the patient info leaflet and that says I should be taking the tablets beginning day 15 and ending day 26, but the pharmacy label on the box says day 28 so I will need to check that.

OP it doesn't matter. You pick a day each month (I picked the 22nd of the month) and start the progesterone on that date each month.

Your own cycle will sync up.

Yep as pp said or you can take 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off or 12 days on 16 days off which is what I do. X
