Taking one Utrogestan instead of two by accident

I tried to do a search for previous posts on this but drew a blank so would really appreciate some advice.

I started HRT a couple of months ago (2 pumps of gel daily + 2 x Utrogestan on days 1 -12 of the month) and am still getting into the swing of things. I got to the 10th of this month before I realised that for some reason I had only been taking one Utrogestan per day for the previous nine days. I took two tablets on the 10th and 11th, but I'm not sure what I should do now. I know that some people take progesterone for 14 days, so I was wondering whether to continue for two more days after my day 12 today. Or should I just stop after today as usual? (My periods were regularish before I started the HRT and days 1 to 12 of the month almost lined up with days 1 to 12 of my cycle if that might make a difference).
