Can I switch back from continuous hrt to sequential/cyclical?

I'm asking as cyclical (evorel + daily utrogestan) really doesn't seem to suit me whereas my previous regime of evorel + two weeks on, two weeks off utrogestan) did. Before hrt I was getting frequent migraines, flushes, aching joints, mood swings, you name it.... Went on hrt and all symptoms pretty much disappeared. A year in the GP suggested I switch to continuous utrogestan and that it would stop any bleeding (I was still peri having never gone a year without periods). However since then the migraines have returned and the bleeding has gone from monthly to random. Would it be ok to go back to cyclical and see if it helps? Asking as the GP appt I've booked us weeks away and the migraines are really getting me down.
