Hello, so I suffer with PMDD and I tried everything to help it, in the end the doctor suggested I have a full hysterectomy which I have done.
I am now on Hrt is anyone else on hrt at my age? What should I expect? I've nkt been told anything.

I'm about the same age as you and I started to get peri-typical symptoms (which started with some vulval atrophy) within around 2 weeks of having a 3rd Pfizer vaccine. I became almost anorgasmic for several months which was very distressing. I now consider myself vaccine injured. It's been a rough ride for the last two years and am now trialling full HRT, which includes testosterone.

Your healthcare providers should have told you what to expect. You really need to go back to them and get another appointment to make sure you're informed. Women respond very differently to HRT. It's not uncommon for women to tweak their doses according to any negative symptoms they get.
