Happy new year.

Has anyone suffered with nearly constant throat infections? Prior to a menopause diagnosis? The infections go, but then a new one comes along.

Have you seen your GP? Persistent infection might need a better/different treatment or tests done.
Related to menopause we can experience drier mucosal membranes including throat, eyes and nose. You could put a dehumidifier in your room at night, drink plenty of fluids, reduce caffeine and gargle boiled cooled salted water.

Not a dehumidifier surely? That would make the air dryer.

Thank you. I've had some tests already. I don't drink much caffeine. I didn't know the link with the dryness.
