I have been finding it difficult to sleep and as a result have been going downstairs to have some tea , toast and a catch up with myself. My hubby of 23 yrs seems to be taking it personally, and is feeling rejected and alone, as he puts it. What do I do?

Stay in bed and share your volcanically hot flushes and sopping wet sheets with him! He might change his mind...

My sleep is also disturbed due to menopause and l am thankful for not having a partner, l am up and down,.or sit reading, browsing online, in the summer l often sit outside in my garden in the middle of the night, it's secure and l have fairy lights, and a little blanket. I don't know how l would manage it l had to contend with a partner as well.
