Exhaustion & aching bones - increase gel dose?

Age 50 & have been taking HRT for a year - 2 x pumps of eostrogel a day, plus Mirena iud
i am just soooo exhausted, I can barely get through the day…In the evening I fall asleep in front of the tv every single night within about 20 minutes of sitting down. Then I often wake at night for 2 hours or so.
A blood test about 7 months ago showed borderline low Vit D, so I’ve been taking a multivitamin & was taking a Vit D mouth spray
I also have deep aches in my bones - fore arms, lower back, shins etc, it’s really uncomfortable.
I had another blood test this week, to see if the Vit D has improved, and will try to get a GP appt once I get results but in the mean time do you think I can just increase the eostrogel dose by an extra pump?

Would this make any difference?!

Why not try more pumps and see if it helps, if your vit D levels are ok? If it doesn't help, then you can reduce again. Maybe you could give all your symptoms a mark out of 10, and then do that again every week for a period, so you can note any changes (or not). You may even need four pumps for a bit?

Thank you, I’ll give it a go until I can get a go appt.
