For the longest time I really didn't know what was wrong with me.. Now, reading people s posts, I found that I am recognising so many of the symptoms people are experiencing! So it's official, and to be honest, I really don't mind. I'm just so grateful to at least know what is going on in my crazy wee body.🤗🤗🤗. So thanks all and Hi🤗🤗🤗

Same for me too. Started getting symptoms in February this year - tried to manage it herbally at the start which worked for about 6 months. Fast forward to now and I started HRT last week (Evorel sequi) which have already sorted out my hot flashes and night sweats!

I know it if early days but so far so good. Why suffer?
