Would HRT help these symptoms?

I’m 54 and haven’t had a period for about 18 months.

I don’t get any hot sweats but my moods are so erratic, my confidence has taken a massive nosedive, my brain fog is sometimes dangerous and I’m don’t feel like the same upbeat person I was before.

Would I be able to access HRT and could it help me?

Yes and yes!
It’s also really beneficial for bone protection and reducing the risks of osteoporosis.

Yes it's made a massive difference to my moods. Get the odd bleak day but nothing like pre HRT. It can take a while to settle though sometimes it can take around 3 months.

Yes, do it.

Yes. Anxiety attacks and hot flushes happen by the same mechanism so people tend to get one or the other. Brain fog was also fixed once we got the dosage right.
