TMI sorry but it's a discharge question (Pic included sorry)

Hi. On my own all day today and need some input so I don't overthink this too much.
Some context- I'm early 40s, I have a Mirena but it is overdue for replacement/removal (due to various extenuating circumstances that have been entirely outwith my control). I have never had any periods since I got my Mirena so it's been years since I had any bleeding etc.
Last night I noticed light brown jelly like discharge on wiping, not lots but enough that I noticed. This morning I had the same but it was pale pink rather than brown. I had a little dizziness and extremely mild, honestly barely noticeable, discomfort around about my uterus. I've since been to the loo again and had the tiniest bit of pink again so took a photo this time (but it's a much smaller amount than previously)
There is a tiny dark 'thread' for want of a better description. This was also present in the bit earlier today too.
I keep feeling like I need to poop too but nothing's come so far. I do remember feeling like that when I used to get periods though so could it just be that my periods are returning? Posting in this topic as I'd thought I was in early menopause but this has thrown me a bit.
Any ideas or anyone experienced the same and been okay? I stupidly went to Google first and you can imagine the miriad of answers it gave me- hence the overthinking!
Thanks for any help and sorry for the pic but hoping it might help make sense.

Its most likely your mirena needs replacing as you say and your periods are returning

Thank you. It's been so long since I had anything like this, just threw me for a loop 😄
