I thought it was going so well!
I've been on mini-pill for 4 years ish (because cycle had reduced to 17 days with 4 days of hormonal migraine).
Started Evorel Sequi 7 months ago because of problems with mood and incessant headaches, it didn't help so switched to Evorel Conti after 3 months. Was fine for two months, much less headachey could cope with life again etc.
Then spotting for about 10 days. Then a week ago more spotting and now what seems like a period - complete with cramps and irritability.
What the heck? And if I can't take Evorel Conti what should I be using? Been told I shouldn't have oral HRT by GP.
