Im on hrt and also use the internal oestrogen cream, but recently I have this uncomfortable burning sensation, I’m wondering what it is and what I can get for it?

sounds like a UTI, you’ll need a urine test as if it goes untreated can be quite serious, a course of antibiotics should clear it up.
