I started Evorel 50 patches last Monday so stuck my 3rd one on today. For the last few days I've had the most awful bloating. It's not something I've ever really experienced much before and I bloody hate it!
I know it should calm down in a few weeks but is there anything I can do until then to ease it?
I feel like a hot air balloon!!!
