Switched from Androfeme to Testogel and not finding it as good

I'm 43 and have been on testosterone for about 4 months, mainly due to my non-existent libido

After about 3 months of taking Androfeme, it came back with avengance which was a relief! However, I switched to Testogel, as I can get this on the NHS whereas Androfeme is £££, and it doesn't seem to be having the same effect

Surely the active ingredient is the same, as is the dosage so you would think it would be the same

Has anyone tried both, and has a preference for one over the other, in terms of managing symptoms?

Oh no, I was about to switch to the testogel as its cheaper from superdrug than bupa prescribing androfemme.

Yes I think I'll ask to switch back

How were you finding the androfeme?

Sorry for the delay, only just saw the notification.
I think I'm getting on well with it so far. I've decided to suck up the cost and have it represcribed via bupa which is a pain but if it works then it's worth it, I don't want to risk a regression and the doctor says my levels are still low (although according to NHS absolutely fine!)
