What do your perimenopause headaches feel like? How long do they last?

I seem to be having constant headaches and brain fog... wondering if it could be perimenopause

Yes I get them. I go through phases where I can have them frequently for a few weeks and then don't have any for a while. They're the sort where you want to stay still because as soon as you move they really start pounding.

@itsmyp4rty yes mine are the same. Does there seem to be any pattern or triggers with yours?

Try super complex vitamin B tablets. One a day.
I use these.
Was recommended by my GP. I rarely get headaches or migraines now.

The brand is Lindens. I get them from eBay.

irishmurdoch · 08/12/2023 20:33

I had these every day for a year but HRT seems to have sorted it out :)

No I don't know what triggers them and I haven't noticed a pattern except that I have several and then none for a while. I haven't tracked them properly though.
