Boobs feel weird- peri menopause?

I'm 43, so possibly peri menopausal although no other real symptoms. Last period ended about a week ago, but my boobs still feel tender and a bit tingly. The best way I can describe it is the uncomfortable feeling when they're really full of milk, it's similar to that. Has anyone else experienced this?

This started happening to me earlier this year about 5 cycles - I have just turned 42. I couldnt put my finger on it, like my boobs still felt PMS even after my period. But I quit alcohol for a few weeks for other reasons and I noticed in my last cycle it was all normal

Thanks so much for replying, it sounds very similar to how Im feeling. I dont drink anyway so that won't help unfortunately, although it's not really bothering me. That's put my mind at ease a bit though thanks
