Apologies for the long post! Have been taking evorel + utrogestan for a while, started on Evorel 50, worked fantastically for months, stopped all symptoms, including hideous migraines, then they came back . Upped to 75 which worked for a few months again, then upped to 100 which made me feel crap & caused breakthrough bleeding/bloating/soreness - which was apparently due to the increase in utrogestan that was necessary with that dose of evorel. So went back down to 75, which strangely worked again for a couple of months. But for the last couple of weeks the horrible migraines are back every few days, along with spotting/bleeding randomly. I've made a gp appt but in the mean time it's really getting me down and was wondering if anybody has had similar, and what they did to sort it. I would just love to get to a point where it's actually working, full stop! TIA.
