Hi all,
I started Evorel 50 at the weekend & felt an improvement immediately in brain fog, dry eyes etc. i couldn’t tolerate oestrogel as it made me dizzy etc. but the patches seem gentler.
I have been getting headaches though - someone suggested cutting 1/4 off the patches as that can help - has anyone done this? And would I do it off the progesterone patches too?
Generally I feel better but the headaches aren’t great! Will I adjust? It has only been 5 days!
