I’m 40 and have been in peri for about 2 years. Last year my periods have started to get irregular (for me) and cycles range from 22-30 days. Actual periods themself are still similar. They last about 4 days. Day one and two are heavy, then light then spotting.
This month is off. Took 32 days to arrive. Day one was a small amount of spotting. Day two was very light but the blood was very dark and old looking. Day three, today it’s a very watery pink colour and it looks like it’s about to end. Definitely NOT pregnant so can rule that one out.
My PMT this month has last a good two weeks when it’s normally just the week before.
Is this just how peri goes? I’m done with kids so that but is ok, it’s just rubbish not knowing what my body is up to any similar experiences?
