Asthma and sandrena gel

Has anyone with asthma found that sandrena has made it worse?
I’ve been using it for a month along with the utrogestan capsules.
I do feel a bit more chesty than usual, but I just went for a run and had to stop a few times to get my breath back and take my inhaler. Anyone else had this? I didn’t experience this on the sequi patches.

Hiya
I have brittle asthma and I’ve definitely noticed I’m more wheezy this past month but I’m sure it’s to do with the damp air/cold. I’m not sure how it would link unless you have an intolerance to one of the ingredients? I know mine can set off at some food colourings and certain foods too

Thank you @zorrodrt

perhaps it’s just the cold weather then. It’s such a pain though isn’t?!

In theory it should improve it, if anything. It improves cardiovascular health so you should feel less congested.
