I’m on the Meno board in desperation, after getting no help on Women’s Health.
I had a flare up about 2 weeks ago, added in suppositories and it went away. Just the occasional need for cream.
Went spinning on Friday ( don’t know if it’s the cause) and I’ve had a flare up again. Used 3 suppositories and cream so far today, no better.
Is there something stronger I can use?

It's misery. Have you tried Epsom salts baths or a Sitz bath which fits over the toilet and you can soak your rear end in it. Use warm/hot water and some Epsom salts and soak for 10-15 mins. Your GP can prescribe Scheriproct which works for some people though didn't do much for me. I wish you well.

Thank you for you reply 🙏🏻
Yes, I had an Epsom salt bath last night, and used the maximum 4 suppositories. Feels slightly better today, but I’d expect it to be better than it is, so I will ask the GP for the cream you have mentioned. Thanks.
