I’ve just come off HRT again after third attempt.
I don’t feel I really need it - I hit a real low mood and went back on to tackle that, but I wonder if the mood was actually caused by Covid?
Also, as with first two attempts, I almost instantly put on half a stone!
however, HRT does seem to give me an energy boost, is there another way to gain energy?
Im taking regular iron and B12, also Omega 3 which helps with brain fog.
