Early onset or menopause ?

Am worried I might have early onset or menopause. I'm 56.
I can't get my words out properly. I'm enraging my 16 year old teen at parents evening. By asking a question about revision sessions twice. Three times apparently. I'm worried I'm just mad.

Best go to see a doctor and have a chat

I’d try HRT and see if it helps, then you’ll know.

Are you onto of your hrt and feeling like this, or have you never had any? Please ask you GP for full bloods including iron panel and B12.
I've finding memory problems very distressing too.

I had (still do but to a lesser extent) terrible word-finding difficulties as a peri-menopause symptom. And scary memory loss. Also 'joked' about it being early onset dementia. HRT has definitely helped, although not 100%. Have definitely felt like I'm going mad over the peri years, so fully sympathise...

Talk to your Dr, you might find a bit of HRT sorts it out for you. Good luck.

I found that magnesium L threonate helped my meno brain, but I’d be getting iron/thyroid/B12 checked first.
