Cramping early in second HRT cycle

I’m in day 9 of my second month of HRT and been getting period like cramping for the last couple of days. Is this normal??

Just to add, it’s cyclical HRT, 1.5 Oestrogel daily and 200mg Utrogestan days 15-26.

It's quite normal. It's the effects of progesterone on the womb lining.
