Hi there,
Did you get any help with this? I am 58, late with the menopause but some days I think I have something seriously wrong with me as I ache all over. My hip, lower back and left wrist are the worse. I have just started taking perimenopause supplements so I will see if they help.
Would you recommend HRT, I am pretty scared with starting it as the cancer connection

Hi there. ! I would definitely recommend hrt . It has helped so much . The other reason for my aches was that my thyroids levels were very very low and so my thyroxine needed increasing . This also helped a lot .
