Hi,
I Have posted before but just sending again in the case someone may have an answer.

I am on hrt but continue to have periods. The pmt is ridiculous (it may be the progesterone too(?) but using vaginally). I am same binge eating as I did as a teen - sometimes
(mostly when stresse) during or finishing work and I’m eating any Carbs, and processed carbs in excess I just want a lot!. I know that’s not helpful but the urge is overwhelming. I’m also 45.

Me too. I can have dinner but the cupboard beckons me. I try to not snack on crap during the week then Saturdays is scoff scuff with zero guilt

It’s so hard isn’t it. I think a good idea to hold off until the weekend for sure but im too rubbish / ironically I’m fine at the weekend it’s working days that are challenging but only monthly before my period.

You need more protein, to curb the hunger.

I’m the same. Mad bottomless pit hunger during the progesterone stage of my cycle. Protein makes no difference because it isn’t a physical hunger. I just can’t stop shovelling carbs down me. Haven’t found a solution yet!

I know for me, binge eating is not about hunger
