Hair fibres for hair loss

I've lost 2/3 of my hair through medication and menopause une the last 3 years. It's making me so miserable. A colleague commented that hair fibres might help where it's thin. Does anyone have any experience using it to hide there thinning bits?

I use Toppik fibres. Absolute game changer. Covers the scalp and missing bits and looks totally natural. I get it from Amazon.

My hair is dark brown (what little there is of it) and I get the dark brown one but the medium is fine too. Just sprinkle it onto the thinning scalp and it covers it completely and looks natural.

Interesting, I had some but they didn't really make a difference, I find root touch up spray the best so far. Could people share brands ? I'm going to look at toppix, thanks.

DP used Toppik years ago when he was losing hair due to trichotillomania and found it very effective.
