Worried about sweating and body odour

Hi , not the most pleasant topic I know , but I’m 50 and alongside the hot flushes , I seem to be sweating horribly. I only wear light layers , and I stick to natural fabrics, is there anything else that can help? Thank you in advance .

A really good deodorant/anti perspirant. Keep a spare top in your bag and some wet wipes. I keep a small (USB chargeable) hand fan with a few settings in my bag and if I use it when I feel a flush bulding can often nip it in the bud and lessen the sweating. I also keep the fan on my desk by my laptop when I'm working from home.

Wash with a good bar soap, like Imperial Leather ( there’s a white, less smelly one) not Dove. Use a soapy flannel to exfoliate your arm pits.
I was using Mitchum gel, but it stopped working, so I’ve gone onto Mitchum roller ball and it’s better.
If you’re getting sweaty areas, like under/between boobs, use the liquid talc from Asda baby section.
Check the arm pits of your clothes, if they smell use biological powder.

Thank you both , it’s such an awkward problem.
