Hi I'm a newbie here, I'm 39 and perimenopausal. My GP refuses to give me HRT as says I'm too young 😩 so has given me Noriday contraceptive pill (have not been on any contraceptives for over 10 years as husband had the snip after our youngest was born) just wondering if anybody else has been given the same and if it has helped them at all with any of the symptoms?
