Restarting HRT

Can you help? Restarting HRT after I had to stop for 6 weeks for a pelvic ultrasound (all was ok, so can restart)

I have Everol 75 patches and 14 days of Utrogestan (200)

Do I start the patches and Utrogestan on the same day? I can't remember!! Or do I start the patches and then the Utrogestan after two weeks

I'd start on a lower patch and build up op.

You take patches day 1-28
Utrogestan day 14-28
If you still have periods.
Day 1 being first day of your period ideally.
