I am feeling really down, having heavy bleeding, massive clots. Tranexamic acid and ibuprofen help a bit. Gynaecologist has advised hysterectomy, but I was so hoping for another baby and I can't bring myself to do it. Has anyone managed this type of bleeding with tranexamic acid. How long did the bleeding go on for? It's coming up for two years regularly every three weeks. Just keep thinking they must ease off soon??
