Can anyone help me understand my blood test results?

I went for a private consultation with a menopause specialist as I've been on the same HRT for years and my GP is a bit clueless. Had a blood test done and just got sent the results with only a brief comment and request to book in for a review (another £120!).

Can anyone help me decipher them before I have a discussion? I'm 57 btw and symptoms mostly well-controlled, but quite achey sometimes and sleep is becoming more erratic again - not flushes, but just general insomnia.

Testosterone 0.85[1] 0.101 - 1.42 nmol/L
SHBG 140.0 27.1 - 128 nmol/L
Free Androgen Index 0.607 0.187 - 3.63 %
FSH 66.6 [1]
LH 37.1 [2]
Oestradiol 273 [3]
Prolactin 315 102 - 496 mlU/L

I have no idea what any of this means!
