I had to come off my HRT for hospital tests now gone back on it (4 pumps oestrogel) will start the progesterone on Wednesday as take for first 2 weeks of month.
Last few nights I have had bad dreams (really clear and feel like they have happened) and also feel more foggy than the time I had off from it....is this normal while it goes back in my system (only been back on it 2 days)
