Do you still feel sexually desirable?

I just don’t. I don’t even look too bad!

I’m in a relationship, I take HRT, including testosterone, but the idea of someone actually desiring me is laughable. I honestly think it’s a mindset and since I lost the ability to have children I’ve placed myself in a new category of matron or some maternal but celibate role. Sexy things are for young people with taut bodies and tight vaginas in my mind. I don’t know how to change that?!

I do. I look ok - in my mind anyway! - still same size, etc, despite a horrible menopause. My partner thinks I am the sexiest woman alive and deluded he may be but I’ll take that, lol.

No. I've also only got one breast due to BC. The other is a numb implant. I'm covered in scars, about to have a hysterectomy, have developed melasma on my face and have Horners syndrome.

Sexy?? Nope!!

I've never been a beauty but I still feel sexy at 46 but I think that is because I still have quite a high sex drive and always have, so it is less about how you look and more about how you feel I think. I've been on HRT for 3 years now, no testosterone though.

I dont. But I put on a ton of weight and am permanently bloated and reflux-y. I feel icky - neither attractive nor in the mood.
am just starting oestrogen and getting blood tests for other stuff.

I am pretty sure bloating and reflux can be caused by low stomach acid especially for mid life women. I think I am suffering with this and plan to try some supplements to help. You could look into that?
