Cooling bedclothes

After the worst ever night sweats last night, I’m looking for solutions! Has anyone tried any sort of cooling bedclothes?

I’ve seen wool duvets recommended. Sheets are already cotton but all sorts of fancy things available online!

Would love some recommendations.

I've none for bedding but google M&S cool comfort night dress. I have a few of these and they are excellent. I'm out the other side of the dreaded night sweats these days (horrible time!) but wearing these, having light cotton bedding and going to a 7.5 tog duvet in Winter helped (used to have 13 tog on the bed!)
Just a cotton sheet April- Sept- then the light duvet in Winter.
Also look on Amazon for cooling towels- they are really lightweight cloths- you wet them and 'snap' them and they stay cold so drape one over your neck/chest or wrap around your head. No dripping just cooling.

A silk pillowcase is cooler I find.

TK maxx had cooling mattress toppers the other day. Haven't tried so can't comment on how well they work.
