First time in 9 months I've felt comfortable and I even wore my lovely coat this week.

Any recommendations for 'cool' clothes really appreciated.

I hate winter but am loving this cooler weather.
The summer heatwaves almost finished me off. I can not be doing with extremes of heat or cold and I am feeling even more so in peri.

I was getting my autumn/winter clothes in order and putting away the summer ones and realised I felt much happier and comfortable in them. Don't know if it's menopausal or not.

Oh yes!! And actually wore long sleeves yesterday . That is very rare for me. I hate spring/summer now I’m in menopause.

Me! Absolutely loving it although I've never been a summer person but hot weather is doubly awful for me these days. At least in this cool weather if I get a hot flush then I just slip my jacket off for instant relief 😃

I wore a jumper the other day! It was amazing!

The rest of my family are freezing, but I finally feel almost normal.
