I am 48 and went o. Patches in January. However I have not been consistent with them as cant always get them. Pharmacy always struggles.
I think I am worse on them but I don't see how? I thought they were meant to (lightheartedly) change my life.
I eat loads more,my mood is lower and I get terrible headaches.

I though they were supposed to help or is it just that they are not suitable for everyone?

Everyone I know raves about HRT but I just don't know whether to bother!

You need to be consistent with them, the medicines shortage is over for the evorel patches so your pharmacist should be able to get them - maybe you need to try another chemist. I feel fabulous on them, perhaps give them another go but consistently and if not working go back and see your GP. Good luck
