Good morning, does anyone take the following with HRT or similar? Just wondering if there are any contraindications

Why do you want to take them along with HRT?
If your HRT isn't relieving symptoms, it's best to talk to your GP and have the dose or type tweaked.

Most of the supplement is vitamins and minerals that you will be getting in your daily diet anyway.

The other ingredients- herbs like red clover- have not yet been proved to help with menopause symptoms. Because the research is mixed, it's advised that women with a history of breast cancer don't use it because if it is estrogenic, it could accelerate cancers.

Why not have a look at the ingredients on the profile of it and decide what it is you want to achieve with it?

Hi
thanks, I have only been on HRT for nearly 3 months it’s the brain fog that’s driving me mad but I know I need to give it longer.
