How to manage physical symptoms of anxiety

I am on HRT and sertraline but I am still feeling a lot of pressure in my chest and an overwhelming feeling to 'run away'.

How do you manage these feelings or what have you done to get rid of them?

I second the caffeine ditching, I feel much better since switching tea and coffee to caffeine free. I still eat chocolate but also don't have green tea or any sort of cola. Massively reduced a racing heart and panicky feelings when stressed.
