Any help for hair, itching etc

I can only assume this is menopause related. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I have longish hair and always got away with washing it every 4 days, now I feel it needs washing everyday (I'm stretching it to 2/3 days) but it starts to feel itchy and really lank/limp after the first day. It's horrible.
Also my face feels irritated and my eyes are so sensitive and itchy. I could rub them all day.

I don't have fleas btw 😂 and I'm not using anything different. I only use the gentlest things are a rule and same with wash powder.

Any advice? Things to use etc? Is this normal?

I know you say you haven't changed anything but are there perfumes in your shampoo? If I use them I get that horrible itching. Also how's your blood pressure because high BP can cause constant itching too. I'd definitely try calling GP especially if you think it's menopause related

Are you taking HRT, some progesterone can cause this , as can Vit D deficiency. May be worth asking for blood tests to check . I’m sure there are lots of other possibilities but these were part of the issue I had .

I'm not on any meds or HRT etc. I can't have it because I have the blood clotting gene.

I use a sulfate free shampoo, it's very natural. It's not that as I tried different shampoos but my hair just lacks any life too.
