Anyone got advice on loss of libido/ sensation...it's completely disappeared

So, I'm 49, been on HRT since March - now on 4 pumps of oestrogel and using Ovestin daily. I was fitted with a Mirena coil in May. No side effects so far...In July, I had a blood test, results were oestrogen - 70 - and testosterone 0.4...I was on Everol 50 at the time, so the GP upped my oestrogen to Everol 75.. fast-forward to today and GP suggested I try the 100 patches as was still having symptoms, but due to lack of supply of the patches, I switched to the gel a few weeks ago - 4 pumps daily...BUT, I still have the same symptoms - namely lack of libido and complete loss of sensation when having sex...I literally have nothing to go on - it's like my clitoris has disappeared, which I know is a common peri-menopausal occurance. But so far, nothing - even after 7 months of using Ovestin - still nothing.

And now, I have dryness, soreness on top of lack of sensation..it's really depressing me. I have a partner (been together for 13 months) - who I find incredibly attractive and in my head always want to have sex with -in fact, I've never found anyone as remotely attractive as him - but my body just doesn't partake...it's so frustrating and depressing - the GP can't prescribe testosterone and says that I need to have optimum levels of oestrogen anyway for it to work - and my appointment for the menopause clinic isn't until February 2024...

I feel like I've come to a bit of a dead end - it feels worse than ever, and not sure where to go next...I'm keen to try testosterone, but that won't be for a while - I am willing to get a private appointment, but know my oestrogen levels need to be tested and be high enough....So, in the meantime...is there anything else i can try? herbal? medication? Anything?!

Would love some advice of where to go from here. Thanks.
