Hi, I’ve been on Evorel Sequi for three months but as I still have really bad anxiety (in fact it’s even worse) my GP has prescribed me Oestrogen gel + progesterone tablets (utrogestan).
I’ve read on here a few people saying Oestrogen gel made their anxiety really bad - anyone who’s been on both find gel better than patches for anxiety? If neither work for me is there something else I can try? (I’m at higher risk for blood clots so oral Oestrogen isn’t a good option for me)
