Low Sex Drive

I'm 43 and have regular periods, however I have noticed in the last year that I have pretty much zero sex drive and it's starting to depress me and my partner. He has a high sex drive and we used to be well matched... Is this a sign or peri? Can I get tested at my doctors? I can't just carry on not having sex at this age.

This is how is started for me! I had zero libido and when we did it was really painful (found out later this was due to vaginal atrophy). I had other symptoms too such as itchy arms and legs, fatigue and hot flushes. Do you have any other symptoms? It may be worth googling this because there’s some really random things that you would never even think could be attributed to the peri menopause.
